Envision System Service Agreement - Cost
The cost for the Envision System Service Agreement which includes hardware, software, tech support and clinical support is $400 dollars per month. The service will be prorated from the time you start use to the first of the next month so that billing occurs for the 1st of the month every moth it is in use. If the system is used, the paperwork for the agreement will be generated at the time the system is set up for use by the patient.
Additionally, we can arrange to work with a Physical Therapist, Occupational therapist or other caregivers willing to work with the system and patient on their rehabilitation program. This is an excellent way to maximize resources for recovery of diagnoses such as stroke, traumatic brain injury or other problems that require 3 - 18 months intensive and deliberate effort to recover.
This will give the patient and caregivers 24/7 access to accurate treatment. The cost is much less than traditional therapy and once set up the patient and caregivers will be able to accurately train for the restoration of balance, postural control selective strength and gait. The activity and progress can be monitored remotely, and with an additional virtual or in-person session (75 dollars per hour), the Plan of Care can be modified to set the conditions for progress. You will have access to an initial assessment and progress reports as well as your doctor. A prescription for Physical Therapy will be needed from a MD, DO, Podiatrist, NP, or other qualified clinician.
